Assess: We begin by discussing how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on. I may then use traditional Bioenergy Assessment techniques, including pendulum charts and chakra or meridian readings.

Treat: Your session continues with personalised Distance Bioenergy Healing, Energy Balancing and, where appropriate, Active Visualisation.

Reassess: After the session, we can repeat the traditional chart readings to compare the results and reflect on any perceived energetic changes and your personal experience.
